Are You Being Ripped Off By Clickbank Merchants?

Monday, August 31st, 2009

I see affiliates from two perspectives.

Firstly as an affiliate, I see myself as a business partner to those merchants that I promote. I send them traffic, and if I make sales for them, I expect to be paid for my efforts in the form of a predefined percentage or lump sum.

Integrated Training for Improved Cycling Performance – Part 2

Friday, August 21st, 2009

The previous article looked at postural issues and possible muscles imbalances involved with cycling. Now that we have an understanding of the imbalances that arise from a prolonged cycling position, we can develop an effective program for correcting those postural distortions.

The first part of the program is stretching the muscles that were identified as tight in the previous article (calves, quads, hip flexors, hamstrings, pectorals, trapezius, and neck flexors). Stretching returns muscles to their proper length-tension relationship. As stated in the previous article, tight muscles alter joint positions which in turn affect the opposing muscles ability to function properly. Each stretch should be held at least 20-30 seconds.

Treadmill Workout Ideas That Make Fitness Fun

Sunday, August 16th, 2009

Research shows that in order to lose weight safely and keep it off, you need to exercise. And even those who are not overweight benefit from an exercise or workout routine. But many people don’t exercise regularly, which puts them at risk for heart disease, accidents or injuries, and other health concerns. There are many reasons people give why they don’t exercise more. It’s boring, it’s too difficult, they don’t have enough time or they’d rather be doing other things. Some people aren’t sure how to exercise and they are uncomfortable going to a fitness center to work with a trainer. But with a good treadmill and a workout routine that fits your needs, exercise can be enjoyable, convenient and beneficial.

Cinema Advertising is Big Business, So Mergers are a Natural

Thursday, August 6th, 2009

Cinema advertising has always been an effective marketing tool for some advertisers, while for others they have yet to see the benefit of this unique form of media. When an advertiser hears the term "Cinema Advertising" automatically they think the slide that is shown on the big screen with the soothing music played in the background.

For many years that is exactly what it’s been but companies like the National Cinema Network and Regal Entertainment along with new technology have changed the scope of how cinema advertising is perceived. At many theatres you can actually have a total digital experience from the time you buy your tickets to the time that you sit in your seat. With LCD screens in the theater lobby and digital advertisements replacing both slides and rolling stock, it’s no wonder why both Regal and AMC Entertainment are on the hunt for more mergers and acquisitions.

Direct Mail Rules of Thumb

Saturday, August 1st, 2009

First and foremost – You should identify your target market. Target your direct marketing lists. Identify who you are selling to, and why they should buy from you instead of your competition. Keep in mind that placing your offer in front of 100 targeted response leads that have shown an interest or have a history of using your product or service can be much more effective than marketing to 1000 non pre-qualified leads.

Find an angle: Attract attention with your mail piece, grab your prospects interest, and hook them in with your offer. The goal is to offer the sales prospects something so irresistible that he or she will immediately want it. Some companies will hook new clients in with an offer close to cost with hopes of retaining the clients in the future.
